At C&P® we exert relentless effort to prevent work accidents and ensure optimum safety for our human assets. C&P® is OHSAS 18001 certified and believes that every incident, or occupational injury is preventable.
On the Job
C&P® reinforces a combination of onsite technical procedures, ongoing training, and a Life Critical Requirements Program that highlights activities that could be life-threatening when not executed according to procedures. We also authorize Project Managers, Group Leaders as well as our subcontractors, to stop any activity that is life-threatening. If it is not safe, we do not do it.Public Safety
Public safety is a critical part of our work environment, safety, and health programs. We work with all stakeholders to improve our standards.Quality Assurance
Quality is an integral part of C&P®’s planning & execution processes. C&P® is a certified ISO 9001 and enforces strict quality measures to ensure that all necessary steps are taken before and during the product creation process in order to deliver it on time, defect-free, and in accordance to the specified requirements.
C&P® has established communication channels with subcontractors to develop and implement a Quality Control plan for concerned entities, identifying inspection methodologies and schedules for each trade, based on contractual requirements and/or international standards.
C&P® allocates the needed resources to implement the QC Plans; monitor, inspect and approve C&P®’s and subcontractor works. C&P® ensures that QC personnel are proactive in identifying potential deficiencies and recommending solutions; analyze operational trends, identify deficiencies, carry out root cause analyses and recommend corrective actions to avoid their recurrence.
