Designing and Planning

Architectural Designs & Planning

C&P® is driven by the pursuit of quality; a belief that our surroundings directly influence the quality of our lives whether in the work place, at home or the public spaces in between. It is not just buildings but urban design that affects our well-being. We are concerned with the physical context of a project, sensitive to the culture and climate of the place. We have applied the same priorities to all concepts developed by our firm. The quest for quality embraces the physical performance of buildings.

Structural & Civil Engineering Designs

As core of all designs, C&P® has an experienced and very detail-oriented structural design department comprised of professionals with a nationwide knowledge of engineering design. We have successfully completed projects from personal micro-projects to challenging large projects with complex adjacent public improvements as well as various municipal projects. In addition, the firm has its own surveying department which is highly trained in the latest GPS equipment. From the placement of a single street light to the complete layout of a subdivision, we bring excellence to every project detail.

Electrical, Mechanical & Mechatronics Designs

C&P® engineering design and expertise is interrelated with that of the architectural discipline through all phases of the project, assuring efficient coordination and integration of services, as well as the best overall solutions to design challenges. The engineering team initially assigned to the project will execute the project through all phases, including post-construction, assuring continuity and high-quality engineering.

To complete the full range of engineering services, the staff draws on highly specialized individuals and resources on a firm wide basis. The group has extensive experience in the analysis and design of all building mechanical and electrical systems as well as site planning and improvement, including all utility systems. This experience extends from the simplest to the largest and most complex building systems where mechanics, electronics, computing, and control engineering work in harmony.

Interior Designs

Working closely with architectural and engineering staff from a project’s inception, this creative studio not only composes interiors but also designs furniture and textiles, curates artwork and accessories, defines new spatial programs, creates holistically-conceived branded environments, and researches innovative processes and paradigms.

The designs that emerge from their collaborative teams of interior designers, researchers and industrial and interactive media designers do not follow a pre-established aesthetic approach but evolve from the particular conditions of each project. The studio’s output includes hotels, corporate offices, educational facilities, retail spaces, health facilities, laboratories, residential complexes, historic renovations and exhibition spaces.

Landscapes & Irrigation Designs

Through the practice of combining nature and culture, and within the premises of architectural design, this department integrates a wide variety of elements to achieve aesthetic and practical functionalities for outdoor spaces. Landscape design is the key element that complements architectural features and is an integral element of outdoor space designs.
